Printing Amazon reserves the right to alter, amend, update, remodel, and tweak this agreement at any time without prior notification. We recommend that you review the agreement regularly. Your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by any such alterations, improvements, or changes.

These Terms & Conditions function as a contract between us, the business, and the client/customer who utilizes our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined herein. Printing Amazon is not responsible for any loss that may occur after a purchase due to misunderstandings or misinterpretations of the information provided. By placing your order, you agree to our General Agreement, which applies throughout the entire business relationship. Thus, the General Agreement applies not only to the initial business exchange but also to all subsequent purchases.

We encourage you to share your feedback and queries with us; however, we may not be able to respond to each one individually. Please be aware that we assume no responsibility for unsolicited suggestions for our company (such as product or marketing ideas) and will not be liable for any similarities between those suggestions and elements that may appear in future Printing Amazon services. Additionally, remember that you are responsible for any materials you post, and you, not Printing Amazon, hold complete responsibility for any information you submit, including its accuracy, originality, and copyrights.

• Ordering Process: All orders must be placed through our online platform. Phone confirmations are only accepted in exceptional circumstances. Ensure that all required information is provided accurately to avoid delays.

• Payment: Payments must be made in full before production begins. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are subject to change without notice, and the price at the time of order placement will apply.

• Artwork Submission: Customers must supply artwork that meets our standards to ensure high-quality designs. We accept artwork in the following file formats: PDF, EPS, AI, PSD, JPEG, PNG, and high-resolution image files (minimum 300dpi). We are not responsible for any errors that occur during the digital transfer of images. Please carefully review your designs and artwork and correct any issues before placing an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the print-ready artwork documents, and we recommend that you proofread all documents thoroughly before submitting them to Printing Amazon.

• Approval: After placing your order, you may modify your artwork before final approval via the email you provided to us. Once approved, changes may incur additional fees.

• Rights and Permissions: You must own all rights to the artwork you submit. Printing Amazon is not liable for any copyright infringements resulting from your submissions.

• Responsibility for Colors: You acknowledge that color matching and document preparation are subjective, and achieving 100% color fidelity is not always possible. Due to the inherent nature of color management and variations that may occur when using devices outside of Printing Amazon's controlled environment, Printing Amazon is not liable for variations in tone, contrast, or other aspects of an image as it appears on a monitor. The final printed colors may slightly differ from the actual colors.

• Additional Work: A fee may be added to cover any additional work if the provided or specified layout information is unclear, incomprehensible, or not in the recommended format/specifications to produce acceptable results. The customer is solely responsible for the copyright and legality of all images supplied or printed by Printing Amazon. We take no responsibility for any graphics approved by the customer (proofed) and printed that may infringe on copyright.

• Showcasing Artwork: It is the customer's responsibility to obtain authorization for the use of any copyrighted images, trademarks, or statements from the owner of those items to be printed in any form or matter. Printing Amazon reserves the right to display artwork provided by a customer for advertising/promotional purposes as examples of our solutions and products.

• Data Retention: Printing Amazon will not retain client information indefinitely. We reserve the right to set limits on the number of days we will keep designs or other submitted documents, as well as the maximum storage space we will allocate to these documents. Printing Amazon is not responsible for the removal or inability to store any document, whether submitted or created on our site.

We convert Pantone colors to their CMYK equivalents for printing. To achieve accurate color matching, we recommend converting Pantone colors to CMYK using Pantone's recommended formulas, which can be found on the Pantone Color Finder website. We do not recommend using the color conversions integrated into Adobe software.

Any design provided in RGB will be converted to CMYK before printing. The CMYK color gamut cannot reproduce some of the vivid color tones that RGB displays on screen. Please be aware that sending neon or bright colors in RGB may result in them appearing dull or darker when printed in CMYK.

We process only the artwork provided by the customer. To offer products at competitive prices, we optimize the production process to reduce costs whenever possible. Consequently, there may be instances where the final quantity is 1-5% less than ordered. If precision is critical, please order a larger quantity to account for this slight variance. The user understands that errors such as spelling mistakes or syntax issues are not corrected by the company. When it comes to design and the printing services we offer, please carefully review your information before submitting it to us. Thank you for understanding the information above. Consequently, we may not be able to assist or reproduce items, nor provide refunds in cases where damages or misunderstandings of information are not adequately specified. While we strive to ensure there are no delays in the production and shipping of faulty items, in the event of an unforeseen situation, we will support re-production. During re-printing, we may not allow adjustments to print information while it is in process. Please ensure that you contact us within one week after shipment regarding any malfunctioning items. After this period, re-production cannot be guaranteed and the items may be considered defective.

Many factors beyond our control can influence colors, such as paper surface and absorption, paper color, printing method, laminating, and layering. Variations in color within the same job are common and cannot be eliminated with certain color shades, especially on large solid areas.

Disclaimer: Actual colors may differ slightly as individual PC monitors and mobile devices display colors differently. If you have any questions about color, please contact us before making a purchase, and we will be happy to assist you.

Printing Amazon stands behind the quality of the goods and services we offer. You are responsible for placing your order correctly and reviewing the product sample/proof provided before finalizing your purchase. Printing Amazon has no obligation to proofread or otherwise evaluate the content or design of your order. If the Printing Amazon team has inquired about the options related to one of your previous purchases, you are not entitled to assume that Printing Amazon will review any future orders you place. The customer is fully responsible for final proof and design confirmation and approval before submitting to the printing process. Printing Amazon will not make any specific adjustments to customer files without confirmation via email of changes that may be necessary to ensure that documents are correctly formatted for the printing process. All of these adjustments may result in new proofs being provided for your acceptance. Once you approve the final authorization, you are committing that you are fully satisfied with the file design and information and acknowledge responsibility for any errors therein.

Printing Amazon does not provide physical proofs of purchase. Digital proofs are offered to our clients as part of the purchase process. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all details on the proof are correct compared to the original (and to fix any specific spelling or grammatical issues, etc.), accept, reject, or make any specific adjustments recommended to the artwork.

If you have no experience with print purchases and are unsure about colors or materials, Printing Amazon recommends that you seek our assistance. You may contact the Printing Amazon team, and we will be happy to help you address any general concerns you may have with your print project. Printing Amazon takes no responsibility if stickers and other products are purchased without inquiry and do not meet your needs.

If you wish to purchase any specific sticker type or other printing product via the website, we require you to provide specific details relevant to the purchase, including, but not limited to, transaction information and other necessary details. Any such information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy. All information you provide must be accurate, up-to-date, and complete. You solely represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit cards or other payment methods used to initiate and complete a transaction. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any authorized users of your account or debit card (or other applicable payment methods) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to your purchases. Verification of information related to a purchase may be required before we accept your order.

All charges and amounts presented on this Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change by Printing Amazon without notice. Printing Amazon requires full payment to process any orders. Processing of a purchase will not begin until you make payment with a valid credit card or through PayPal. The customer agrees to comply with our printing agreement. The customer also agrees to pay for the product through PayPal via Credit Card or Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa). The only receipt we can send you is the statement from PayPal, and no other type of payment receipt is available except through PayPal. Creating and correcting the final proof is free of charge. Printing Amazon will not be liable for any delays in completing orders due to payment delays.

Printing Amazon will make every effort to ship orders in a timely manner. Please note that the completion times for your purchase depend on the approval date of your artwork, not the date you place the order. Please ensure you track your item as soon as it is shipped. Under no circumstances will Printing Amazon be responsible for any deficits, damages, expenses, costs, risks, or losses incurred by the client or any other individual or business arising directly or indirectly from any inability to meet any specific anticipated shipping date. Dispatch options are selected by Printing Amazon unless specified in writing by the client.

Printing Amazon clients agree not to hold Printing Amazon accountable in the event of a force majeure. Our shipping and delivery days are based on estimates provided by our shipping vendors. Order cancellations may not be permitted due to technical problems.

During holiday periods and other peak times, the production period may extend due to the volume of orders we receive. We always recommend allowing additional time for production, especially if you need to receive the order by a specific date.

Printing Amazon's standard turnaround period for any "Glossy/Matte" sticker printing is 9-10 business days, including shipping. Please check our "ETA Guideline" page regarding sticker printing with other paperstocks. Printing Amazon strives to meet turnaround deadlines for each project; however, production delays may occur.

As a result, the turnaround period will not start if:

(a) the files have not been provided to Printing Amazon;

(b) the documents are not print-ready;

(c) authorization for your proof has not been obtained by Printing Amazon; or

(d) full payment has not been made.

At Printing Amazon, we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We therefore recommend that you review our Returns, Refunds, and Reprints Policy before making a purchase, so you are fully aware of our policies.

All purchases are based on the requirements provided or specified by customers. If we discover that we made a mistake, we will reproduce the product. We adhere to our standard turnaround period, and Printing Amazon is not liable for any loss due to shipping delays. In the event of technical issues during production that affect the timeline, we will notify customers immediately. If you have an issue with your purchase, you must keep all packaging and containers for return delivery and contact our staff as soon as possible. All claims must be reported to Printing Amazon within 72 hours of receipt.

The client must inspect the stickers upon shipment and within 7 days of shipping. The client must inform Printing Amazon of any defects, deficiencies in quantity, damages, or inability to adhere to the outline within this period. Printing Amazon will not permit any returns or exchanges of stickers if they are not reported immediately or within seven (7) days after shipment.

If you do not contact us within this time period, we will assume that your order was acceptable upon receipt and will have no obligation to offer a reprint.

Consumers are responsible for carefully reviewing their documents and resolving any issues before placing the order and approving the final proof delivered by Printing Amazon.

A. We will not be liable or responsible for any inability to print or ship, or delay in the performance of, any of our commitments under an agreement that is attributable to circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

B. A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-occurrence, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

I. Lockouts, strikes, or other labor disputes.

II. Invasions, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, war (whether declared or not), or hostilities.

III. Explosions, fires, tornadoes, avalanches, earthquakes, subsidence, outbreaks, or other natural disasters.

IV. Inability to use railways, airplanes, motor transportation, or any other form of public or private transport.

V. Inability to use public or private telecommunication networks.

VI. Acts, decrees, regulations, restrictions, or orders of any governmental authorities.

Printing Amazon uses the information provided by customers and is not liable for any issues arising from the following:

• False name (customer name)

• Inadequate shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing Printing Amazon with the correct and complete delivery address. If a package is not shipped due to a mistake made by the customer in providing the correct and complete delivery address, Printing Amazon will reship the parcel to the correct address and charge an additional delivery fee.

Permissions

Unregistered customers (or "Guests") may access some sections of the site or information that is not password-protected. Access to restricted areas of the site is only available to authorized customers of Printing Amazon, and access to such sections constitutes acceptance of Printing Amazon's agreement. Access to these sections will be denied if the password is incorrect.

Registration

To benefit from all the features of the site and to purchase products, you may be required to sign up and create an account with Printing Amazon. If new, additional, or improved features are introduced to this site, existing registered customers may not need to re-register; however, you may be required to re-acknowledge the Agreement and/or additional terms that may accompany the new features, improvements, or developments.

As part of the registration process, you may be required to generate a User ID and select a password. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate password and keep it confidential.

Restriction on Use

Except as explicitly mentioned in the Website Terms and Conditions, none of the content and intellectual property described therein may be duplicated, published, distributed, republished, saved, displayed, submitted, or transferred in any form or manner, including, but not limited to, digital, mechanical, photocopying, or recording, without the prior written consent of Printing Amazon or the specific intellectual property owner. Any use of Website Content—including commercial use, duplication for purposes other than as listed under the Website Terms, modification, submission, republication, or performance—without the prior written authorization of Printing Amazon is strictly prohibited.

The content featured on the Printing Amazon site may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Printing Amazon does not guarantee that any of the content on the website is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Printing Amazon may make changes to the content on its site at any time without notice. However, Printing Amazon is not obligated to update the content.

Printing Amazon reserves the right to use its sole discretion to refuse to print anything it deems inappropriate or unlawful. The Client/Customer expressly understands that Printing Amazon, its subsidiaries, agencies, and employees are not liable for any loss resulting from inadvertent violation of copyright laws or unlawful use of trade names and slogans. The Client/Customer represents and warrants that they have the appropriate and legal rights to any material provided to our business for printing and/or distribution. The Client/Customer further acknowledges that Printing Amazon may use such material as examples of our solutions and products.

We make every effort to provide clear and color-accurate product images on our website that accurately represent the true nature of the items. However, site images are inherently limited in their ability to convey color, range, and fine detail. We urge clients to be cautious about making assumptions regarding products based solely on website images. We strongly encourage our clients to order actual samples.

Printing Amazon provides design and printing services. You may use these services provided that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. If you choose to use our services through an account, it will be protected by a password.

You are solely responsible for:

1. Providing accurate, precise, current, and complete information about yourself as required in the Website account information section; and

2. Maintaining and promptly updating your account information to ensure its accuracy, currency, and completeness.

All comments, opinions, recommendations, proposals, and suggestions submitted, provided, or presented to a Covered Party during your use of this Website (collectively, "Comments/Feedback Information") become and remain the sole property of Printing Amazon. The Comments/Feedback may be used by a Covered Party in any medium and for any purpose worldwide, without obtaining your specific permission, and you waive all rights to such Comments/Feedback.
