Q. When will I receive the proof after placing my order?

You will receive a free digital proof via email within 24 business hours of placing your order.
Printing will not begin until we receive your approval.
Please ensure you check your spam or junk folders in case the email is filtered there.
Q. Are the stickers supplied on rolls or as individual pieces?
A.
All of our custom stickers are supplied individually cut by default, unless ordered as roll labels.
If you prefer your stickers on rolls, please select the “Roll Label” option from our product menu.
Please note that roll labels may have different pricing and minimum order quantities compared to individually cut stickers.
Q. Are the products printed in full color?
A.
Yes, all products are printed using state-of-the-art full-color printers.
Whether your design is black-and-white or full CMYK color, the price remains the same.
There are no additional charges based on the number of colors in your design.
Q. How are colors handled in the printing process?
A.
Pantone (PMS) colors are converted to CMYK for printing.
For best results, we recommend converting Pantone colors to CMYK using Pantone’s official conversion tools, such as those found on the Pantone Color Finder website.
Avoid using automatic conversions in software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
Files submitted in RGB will be converted to CMYK, and note that some bright or neon RGB colors cannot be accurately reproduced in print.
Q. Why don’t RGB colors match exactly when printed?
A.
RGB is a light-based additive color model used for screens, where combining colors makes them brighter, eventually turning white.
CMYK is a pigment-based subtractive model used for printing, where combining colors makes them darker.
Because of this fundamental difference, certain bright RGB colors—especially neon shades—cannot be replicated accurately in CMYK and may appear duller or less vibrant in print.
Q. What is the minimum recommended font size for printing?

The minimum recommended font size is 6pt, depending on the font style, color, and background.
We cannot guarantee the legibility of very small text, particularly if there is low contrast between the text and the background.
Q. Can I make changes to my design after the proof has been approved?
A.
No, changes cannot be made after the proof has been approved.
Please review the proof carefully before giving final approval.
Once approved, your order enters production immediately to ensure the fastest possible turnaround.
Q. How can I order stickers without a white border?
A.
If you prefer borderless printing, please indicate “full bleed” or “no white border” in the notes section during checkout.
This ensures the design is printed edge-to-edge with no white margin around the sticker.
Q. Can I split an order into multiple designs or finishes?
A.
No. Each quantity ordered must be for a single design and finish.
Q. Do you offer custom-shaped die-cut stickers?
A.
Yes! We offer affordable custom die-cut stickers in any shape.
Our advanced die-cutting method allows us to produce custom shapes at lower costs.

Q. Which file formats do you accept for artwork?
A.
We accept: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .TIF, .PSD, and .JPEG (minimum 300 dpi).
Q. How can I send my artwork to you?
A.
You can upload your artwork during checkout, or email it from your account’s registered email address to printingamazon@hanscds.com.
For files over 50MB, please send a download link via WeTransfer, FTP, or another file-sharing service.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free delivery across Australia.
Estimated delivery time is 5–6 business days after shipment for areas like Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and credit cards via VISA or MasterCard.
Q. How long is the production time?
A.
Production takes 4 business days after proof approval (excluding shipping time) for standard sticker printing (all artboard types: Glossy & Matte).
Additional time may be required for other materials.
Proofs are sent within 24 hours of order placement.
Your prompt approval will help expedite the process.
Q. When will I receive my products?
A.
We provide estimated delivery dates based on production and shipping times after checkout.
Please note that order processing may occasionally take longer depending on specific printing requirements.
Q. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before we begin printing your design.
Please note that printing may start shortly after you approve your proof, so it’s important to notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once the printing process has started after proof approval, and refunds will no longer be possible at that stage.
